Silent World

Rain droplets fill this silent world
Where chaos has always been unfurled
Pristine dirt remains untainted
And pubescent histories are being spoon fed
Where lies and truths are one and same
Just halves of what they cast and claim
When you can soar then you can be free
And grow in the dense concrete jungle trees
Make each a silent world no more
And greatness can again be finally restored

We never get to see the minute

Changes of time

Coz the eyes only

Pay attention to trivial details

We may all have been handed the brushes

To paint our existence and

Color our journey with

Only to find that every second of existence wasted

Every drop of color spilt during our journey

Is a lesson that compounds to life’s plethora of regrets

And we never get to appreciate

The painting in its entirety anymore
