Have you ever been in a situation wherein you’re in the middle of a deep slumber; all of a sudden something wakes you up during the ungodly hours of the night? You open your eyes slightly to survey the surrounding. Then, across your room or right next to you, you see a silhouette, almost “ghostly,” human figure. You feel you should be scared or think that you should do something about it, but you’re too sleepy to get up—let alone open your eyes wide open to know if what you’re seeing is even real—so you just go straight to sleep again. You wake up in the morning and you can’t remember if it was all just a bad dream, or if you actually experienced it.
Well, my answer is, I have. I thought it was nothing. But when my GF also told me about an instance almost similar to mine, I began to wonder if other people had the same “nocturnal encounter” happen to them once or a couple of times. Hmm, kinda spooky to think about.
